Nasa Yuzaki and Tsukasa Tsukuyomi Yuzaki have been a fan-favorite couple since its release in 2020. The fast-paced love story just keeps getting better and better in each episode. Many are so used to the characters in romance anime that they have to wait for a long time before the protagonists actually get together. Therefore, when Nasa and Tsukasa’s relationship was introduced it gave fans something fresh and new to gush over.
TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You season 2 has been anticipated by fans since the final episode of season one. Fans had to wait for almost three years just to get more from our favorite married couple, the Yuzaki’s.
Throughout TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You anime adaptation, Nasa and Tsukasa have shared plenty of sweet moments. Now that season 2 has finally arrived, we’ve decided to list the top 15 best Nasa and Tsukasa moments to experience how it feels like to be young and in love.
15. Nasa Holds Tsukasa’s Hand for the First Time
Although Nasa met Tsukasa years before they got married they didn’t have any form of contact through the years. Hence, you can sense the tension between them, particularly Nasa when they both decided to live under the same roof. Nasa’s proposal could have been enough to fill the hungry hearts of fans for the first episode of season one.
However, as they begin to spend more time together as husband and wife it is only natural for them to have physical contact and their first one was the cutest. In episode one of season one, Tsukasa and Nasa finished registering their marriage and were about to go home.
But before that, Tsukasa made an offer that made all of Nasa’s blood go to his cheeks which is for him to hold her hand. Before or after meeting his wife, Nasa has never had any form of an intimate relationship with anyone. Hence, Nasa being flustered and overjoyed was understandable. This episode also showed that holding hands, at the beginning of the season, means that there was more to be anticipated.
14. Their First Night as Husband and Wife
Episode two of season one gave more on what happened after they registered their marriage. Of course, since they are now legally married, Nasa and Tsukasa also started spending their nights together. Since Nasa had a very tiny space, the bed could not fit the two. Thus, Tsukasa being an understanding wife decided that she will be the one who will sleep on the floor.
There is no honeymoon thing after the marriage for these two because they are still in the phase of getting to know each other. In this episode, Nasa learned immediately during their first night together that his wife sleepwalks. Although nothing as sweet as hugging or kissing happened, Nasa was too adorable while he hold his urges to not kiss his wife without permission.
It was sweet to see that Nasa Yuzaki is not a man who would adhere to malicious actions just to satisfy himself, especially during their first night as a married couple. Their first night was sweet and all, but it resulted in our respectful husband having large eyebags because of his wife the morning after. Well, at least Nasa was given a little reward when she caught a bit of Tsukasa when she was changing her clothes in front of him.

13. Tsukasa Receives Her First I Love You and Kiss From Nasa
Chitose, the sister-like relative of Tsukasa, was bound to meet Nasa someday. In episode four of season one, Chitose visited her sister and fearlessly conveyed to Nasa that she is not in favor of their marriage. And because of this, Chitose decided to seriously talk with her sister’s husband by bringing him to her house.
Chitose wished to make a scandalous scene for her sister’s husband that would divorce them. However, the damsel suddenly showed up to rescue his supposed knight in shining armor. Because Tsukasa once lived at Chitose’s home, they were able to easily sneak out from Chitose through a secret tunnel.
The tunnel led them to an old church located at the top of a hill. In this episode, Nasa made a promise to his wife inside the church. He promised her that she will be the first person he’ll tell things about and share everything with her, even her sadness. He then expressed all his feelings with an I love you and sealed their moment with their first heartwarming kiss.
12. Their First Public Display of Affection (PDA)
When you’re in love it sometimes feels like you’re both in your own world. Nasa and Tsukasa haven’t seen each other since their first meeting. Therefore, these two try their best to make each moment together worthwhile, even when they’re in public. In episode five of season one, Nasa had to report back to his work and said to his wife that he might come home late at night. But before he goes to work, the two decided to spend the rest of their morning at a nearby park.
It was a very beautiful and peaceful park. However, it was too quiet for them both that Nasa couldn’t even know the words to say to remove the awkward air. Seeing his cute and beautiful wife, made him hold her hand and convey what he feels through his actions.
When Tsukasa turned to his husband it seemed like she understood what his eyes wanted; hence, she willingly went for it and they both shared a kiss. This became their first ever PDA not only because they were out in public. But because Chitose’s maids were able to witness their kissing scene in broad daylight while they were hiding in a bush.
11. Buying Their Wedding Rings
Nasa and Tsukasa had a sudden marriage which is why they didn’t have enough amount of time to fully prepare the things that they need and one of which is their wedding rings. Kaname Arisugawa has proven that she has so much more knowledge in terms of relationships than her senpai, Nasa. In episode five of season one, Kaname filled in her Senpai about the significance of wedding rings in marriage.
She highlighted that the rings serve as the symbol of love between the couples. Nasa gave Kaname’s suggestions a lot of thought and realized that he indeed needs to buy a ring for them both. According to Nasa, the rings will remind them of each other when they’re apart and of their eternal love. Tsukasa was aware of how big the prices of diamonds are but due to her husband’s persistence, they went shopping for rings hoping to buy one.
Nasa Yuzaki came to realize that diamond rings were just too expensive for his budget. He sadly told his wife how much he wanted to get one for her as a reminder of each other. He wanted it for the sake of his wife. Thus, when Tsukasa found out the reason behind his husband’s persistence, she appreciated his gestures and even told him that she loves him. They both decided to settle on a cheaper kind of diamond ring. Expensive or not they know that the important thing is the meaning behind these rings.
10. Nasa Touches Tsukasa for the First Time
Tsukasa and Nasa finally shared the same bed in episode six of season one. As mentioned, Tsukasa is a restless sleeper and frequently sleepwalks at night. They have been married for quite some time now but haven’t shared a bed together not until this episode.
When Tsukasa sleepwalks again she went to her husband’s bed instead of hers. She uses Nasa’s arms as her pillows unconsciously. Nasa was wide awake that night and didn’t know what to do when his wife suddenly laid down next to him. But, after enough convincing skill for himself, Nasa came to the conclusion that their relationship as husband and wife gives him permission for certain things, including hugging his wife while she is asleep.
The blushing Nasa hugged Tsukasa from behind and even made the first move of touching his wife’s breast saying they are such a reliable handrest. Did Tsukasa know about this? Well maybe or maybe not, Tsukasa seemed to be half-asleep at that time because after Nasa touches her breast, she turned to him and gave him a quick kiss. This scene also inspired Nasa to move to a bigger place with the thought of cuddling his wife in mind.

9. Meeting the Parents for the First Time
The marriage of Nasa and Tsukasa was so unexpected that his parents weren’t given any notice. It is natural as parents to know what is going on in their child’s life and meet the person they choose in life. In episode six of season one, Tsukasa insisted on visiting and meeting Nasa’s parents since they were not aware of their only son being married.
The two packed their bags the next day and went on a long trip. Though Tsukasa Yuzaki appears to be a very confident woman, meeting Nasa’s parents was a whole other level for her. Upon arriving at Nasa’s home, Tsukasa was like most women who tend to get nervous even before actually meeting them. However, the Yuzaki family was as adorable and kind as her husband. They were even more nervous about meeting Tsukasa than her meeting them.
While it was nice to see that they finally met each other. In episode eight of season one, Nasa didn’t hesitate to demand for Tsukasa to sleep beside him and for a good night kiss even if they were at his parent’s house. Tsukasa granted her husband’s demands and took the initiative to kiss her husband on the lips as his good night kiss.
8. Buying Curry Power With a Bit of Hidden Intention
As most couples do, Nasa and Tsukasa also had errands to run like buying stuff for the house. In episode ten of season one, Tsukasa wanted to cook her husband’s favorite food which is curry. However, they didn’t have the ingredients to make one for tomorrow’s dinner which is why the two decided to go and consider it an evening stroll for them both.
On their way out they bumped into Aya and Kaname’s mother who gave Nasa a friendly date advice. She told him that they should take the route to the park since no one should be there making it the perfect opportunity to do all kinds of things. As obsessed as he is with his wife, Nasa took the advice but his wife was too smart not to notice what her husband was planning.
Nasa nervously told Tsukasa about his plan to kiss her at the park. However, she didn’t agree with him this time for she was too embarrassed that her breath might smell garlic because of the meat bun she ate. So instead of kissing her, Nasa goes in for a back hug, he jumped to hug his wife from behind and they stayed that way for a while as they talk about their experience being married.
7. The Underwear Moment of Nasa and Tsukasa
Their trip to Nasa’s parents was a success. But, Nasa and Tsukasa came home with a burned-down apartment. They chose to look at this situation on the brighter side and went on to live in a house that Kaname’s family was not using.
Everything was okay and they managed to save everything important from the fire because of Nasa’s quick thinking. However, what they lost is most of Tsukasa’s clothes. Tsukasa even ends up wearing a tracksuit with nothing under because of it. This made Nasa take on Kaname’s suggestion again which is to take her out and buy her new clothes.
Their shopping moment was adorable because Nasa was too excited in seeing his wife try on different types of clothing. They even went on to buy some underwear for Tsukasa. However, she could somehow feel her husband staring at her. Therefore, Tsukasa left her husband for a bit and went to buy herself. The sweetest yet most awkward moment was when Nasa asked his wife if he could see her wearing the cute underwear she bought to which Tsukasa answered with as much as he wants.
6. A Wild Night for Tsukasa and Nasa
It is very rare for the two to share a more intimate moment than what they already share. However, we get to see a glimpse of the most intimate part of their marriage when Nasa came home very late from work. In the TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You OVA released in 2021, Nasa and Tsukasa had a tinnie tiny bit of a wild night.
In the episode, Tsukasa was overjoyed because Nasa gave her a smartphone. It is no news that Tsukasa is very fond of plenty of technologies, such as television, games, and even phones. She always gets excited whenever she talks about them. But it was also during this episode that Nasa was called on to fill in for his previous work due to a lack of staff. They might be apart but having a phone allowed them to still remind each other how much they miss each other’s presence.
Sleeping without his husband made Tsukasa lonely despite reading his text. Therefore, instead of sleeping, she waited for her husband until dawn. Because of Tsukasa’s loneliness when her husband was away, she kissed him unexpectedly. But this wasn’t it, they even shared a more intimate one than that which will definitely make you more jealous of the relationship that they have.

5. Nasa and Tsukasa Enjoying Their Marriage
Before being a husband, Nasa was known to be one of the smartest boys in class. He dreamt of entering one of the most prestigious schools in Japan and becoming a worthy man. However, meeting Tsukasa changed his life drastically but for the better.
In episode two of season two, we get to see one of the newly introduced characters named Naoko Yanagi, Nasa’s former teacher. When Nasa bumped into her and Naoko found out that he was married, Naoko decided to do a late-night house check. Naoko liked and approved Tsukasa being her former student’s wife but could not help herself from asking about his future plans. Naoko is a very busy woman who can even ditch a date just to finish all of her duties as a teacher.
Hence, it was unusual for her to see her previous student who almost had the same traits as her being so carefree. Nasa expressed to her teacher that as of now the important thing he wants to do is to spend more time with his wife and his future self will just have to figure out things when the time comes. This greatly impacted his teacher and decided to live the same way.
4. First Movie Date Together
Tsukasa told her husband that she wanted him to give her also some attention and not just work all day. Since Nasa follows the phrase happy wife, happy life by heart, he suggested that they go to the movies which Tsukasa enthusiastically said yes to. Nasa got premium luxury seats just for them. He is not a richie rich.
Nasa almost working the entire day makes him capable of buying the things they need and some of their wants. Couples tend to go to the movies to cuddle each other because they take advantage of the darkness. But, Nasa and Tsukasa were different because he understood that she wanted to watch the movie earnestly. The different expressions of Tsukasa while watching the movie made her cuter. Thus, Nasa decided that they should watch a movie again for the sake of his wife’s enjoyment.
3. Nasa and Tsukasa Officialy Becoming Fur Parents
The couples have officially become parents…fur parents! In episode two of season two, Onimaru Ginga, Nasa’s cousin, goes to visit him for some pet advice. Ginga wanted to ask Nasa a favor regarding the cat that he recently found. To avoid any animal cruelty law, Ginga wanted his cousin to give him some advice on how to do that.
Nasa and Tsukasa went to the doctor to get the cat checked and named it Toast. Since Nasa is very reliable and doesn’t want to add any burden to his cousin, the married couple decided to take the cat home. It is obvious that the new member of the family, Toast, likes Tsukasa better. The only thing that slightly bothers the two is that they get embarrassed making out in front of their new baby cat. It is cute and sweet to witness that they are now ready to add a new member to their small family.
2. Nasa Kisses Tsukasa Legs Without Inhibitions
In another OVA called TONIKAWA: Over the Moon Seifuku, Nasa and Tsukasa did not hold back their feelings. Nasa and Tsukasa had a fateful encounter that clearly doesn’t happen to anyone. According to the Arisugawa sisters, high school students dating in their uniforms are very popular. Although Nasa attended high school, being a nerd left him out on these things.
Hence, the three of them decided for Tsukasa to wear a cute high school for her husband to see. Seeing his wife in a uniform made Nasa’s face so red; hence, even when the day ended Nasa couldn’t stop thinking about her.
When they were all alone Tsukasa tried the high school uniform again only for his husband to see. This scene turned out to be one of their sweetest ones because Nasa expressly said that he wanted to touch his wife. Hence, he took off his socks and kisses her on the legs. 1. Tsukasa Saves Nasa from Truck-kun
Despite the two having so many adorable moments after they got married, no one among them could top their encounter. Being hit by a truck could have transported Nasa Yuzaki into another world like in an isekai show. However, he got the best from the accident and gained the most adorable wife a guy could ask for.
It is safe to assume that the fateful encounter between the two can be described as love at first sight. Nasa isn’t the only one that got hurt in the accident, Tsukasa saved her future husband and got severe wounds from it. She said to Kaname-chan that she was grateful to save the man who she turned out to love more than anything else. These two are the definition of patience because years may have passed but they stood by each other’s promise and waited for the perfect time to get married and live life together.
