The time of the Attack on Titan final battle is finally dawning upon us. It’s been a while since the anime has released any new content for fans, but that will change next month. A special release in March will kick off the anime’s two-part series finale, and now we get a new look at the comeback courtesy of a massive promotion overseas.
This week, Shibuya Station got a new promo, and it is all about Attack on Titan. Fans may see a slew of new photographs from the first half of the anime’s conclusion there. There are a lot of known faces in these stills, from Eren to Armin and Hange, so this promo is a true goldmine.
Fortunately, unless you’ve read the manga, none of the stills are inherently spoilers. Some of the photos will be contextualized for readers and based on their observations, it appears that part one of the series finale will be a wild journey. We’ve seen snippets of various heartbreaking sequences, so Attack on Titan’s last episode will come as a shock to everyone.
Attack on Titan is now scheduled to premiere the first part of its series finale on March 4th in Japan. There is no official release date for fans in the United States, but netizens are hopeful the finale will be available for streaming as usual. The second installment of the finale will be released in late 2023, according to Studio MAPPA. Thus Eren’s voyage on the screen appears to be coming to an end.
If you’re caught up with both the manga and the anime, it’s definitely a season that holds much significance. But if are yet to catch up with the series, it would be best to do it now. Attack on Titan’s author, Hajime Isayama wrapped up the manga two years ago in April 2021. The Anime is available to stream on Crunchyroll and on Netflix (in selected countries).
