If you think you have seen everything of Sasuke Uchiha in the Naruto series. Well, you may want to re-think again. Be it in the Naruto or Boruto series, he hasn’t failed to show that he truly holds the power of the Uchiha bloodline.
Sasuke Uchiha is a shinobi from the Hidden Leaf Village who is loved and admired by fans for his looks, strong jutsus, and physical prowess.
Like his father, Fugaku Uchiha, and brother, Itachi, Sasuke is hailed as one of the strongest descendants of the Uchiha bloodline. He is considered one of the most powerful wielders of the Sharingan and even the Rinnegan.
In addition, Sasuke was known as one of the main villains in the Naruto series for betraying his village and going against the protagonist, Naruto Uzumaki. However, things in the Boruto series are very different for him.
What Are Sasuke’s Best Moments in Boruto?
As a Shadow Hokage, as a father, as a husband, and as a master. No doubt that there is more to Sasuke Uchiha. Also, fans see sides of the legendary shinobi that are exclusive only to the current series.
Therefore, here is a compilation of his best moments in the series just for you.
1. Shin Uchiha Fight
Shin Uchiha has a unique genetic makeup, one of the products of Orochimaru’s experiment. His special abilities allowed him to fight against the adult Team 7, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura, who won the battle.
In addition, this fight did not only feature the power of Sasuke Uchiha. But, it is also considered one of the best moments, for it was the first time the Uchiha family were together in one frame, specifically in a battle.
2. Versus Momoshiki Arc
The episodes that featured this fight showed the strength of the two greatest shinobis, Sasuke and Naruto. The other Kages who engaged in battle with Momomoshiki were easily defeated.
However, with Naruto’s Sage of Six Path (Kurama Mode), Sasuke’s Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and Rinnegan, they could contend against the powerful Otsutsuki.
The combined strength of the current Hokage and shadow Hokage made it possible to weaken Momoshiki. Eventually, they were able to defeat Momoshiki. But, a karma seal was placed in Boruto’s right palm by Momoshiki.
3. Time Travel Arc
Boruto, the main protagonist, chose Sasuke Uchiha to be his Sensei. Sasuke may not have all the time to train Boruto; however, there is no doubt that he is a great mentor.
Sasuke as a Sensei is significantly featured in this Arc, where he and Boruto when back in time to save the past from an Otsutsuki destruction.
This Arc featured both the soft, funny, and cool sides of Sasuke Uchiha. Scenes wherein he encountered young shinobis like Naruto, Sakura, Team 10, Team Guy, and Team 8 were too soft to watch, especially the scene with Sakura where she was suspecting him.
However, this Arc did not miss showing Sasuke Uchiha’s best. Sasuke, Boruto, young Naruto, and Jiraiya won against Urashiki Otsutsuki, preventing him from imposing destruction in the past.
4. The Peanut Scene
As mentioned, the Boruto series shows never before seen personalities of Sasuke Uchiha. Sasuke is more than a shinobi; he is also a father. However, his role in the village as the Shadow Hokage took away most of his time with his daughter.
Sarada understands that his father has to settle the missions assigned to him because he plays a major role in maintaining the peace. Still, moments, when she longs for his father’s company, are still there, specifically during Parent and Child day.
This holiday in the series brought out one of the cutest Sasuke and Sarada moments as Sasuke tries so hard to be a good father to Sarada. It was in this episode after so many that fans got to see how Sasuke Uchiha is as a father. And I’m telling you, he is also great at that.
5. Fight Against Jigen
It’s been a while since fans saw Naruto and Sasuke going all out on the battlefield. Their first fight with Jigen is in episode 204. The two truly deserve the title of one of the greatest shinobis for going against Jigen, a vessel of one of the Otsutsuki.
Jigen is the leader of the fearsome organization in Boruto called Kara. He is the vessel of Isshiki Otsutsuki. With Sasuke’s Rinnegan, and perfect Susanoo, he and Naruto fought with full power, but Jigen still managed to go through their attacks and defenses. In addition, to prevent future attacks from the shinobis, Isshiki intervenes and finishes the fight quickly by impaling them with the black rods.
6. Naruto and Sasuke vs Isshiki
One of the best scenes in the Boruto series was the fight against Isshiki. In fact, it was one of the series’ most trending scenes. The episodes skyrocketed incredibly for several days on different social media platforms, especially because of Naruto Uzumaki’s Baryon Mode.
As usual, Sasuke and Naruto fought Isshiki Otsutsuki to prevent him from causing chaos and to protect Kawaki from him. Since Jigen’s body was incinerated and could no longer hold an Otsutsuki’s power, Isshiki wanted to bring back Kawaki to be his new vessel.
Hence, Sasuke, Naruto, Boruto, and Kawaki combined their abilities to prevent such things from happening. With Naruto’s Baryon Mode, they were able to end Isshiki; however, the sacrifices for this win against the Otsutsuki were Kurama and Sasuke’s Rinnegan, which got stabbed by Momoshiki-possessed Boruto.
7. Sasuke Retsuden Arc
This Arc covers episode 282 to the current. In these episodes, fans will see a more mature side of Sasuke Uchiha and a glimpse of his relationship with his wife, Sakura. As said, Sasuke is more than just a shinobi. The known cold shinobi also has a soft side, especially for his wife.
Many fans believed that Sasuke and Sakura’s relationship felt forced in the Naruto series. However, this Arc provides SasuSaku shippers with more heartfelt and genuine moments of the two. In episode Ep 283, Sasuke shows his love for his wife and reassures her by giving her a wedding ring forged from his chakra. Well, isn’t that the sweetest?
Here is a clip of the scene from episode 283:
Sasuke Uchiha has indeed surpassed his father and brother, not just in skills but also in life. Sasuke Uchiha was able to redeem himself from what he did during the Naruto series, and start over and build a family with Sakura.
Hence, he has shown that he is indeed one of the legendary shinobis from Konoha. His current best moments in the Boruto series show that there is more to expect from Sasuke Uchiha.
