Blue Archive The Animation is coming soon to your screens! This is an anime adaptation of the popular mobile game Blue Archive, which is set in a futuristic academy city where you lead a team of students with special abilities.

The city’s academies are divided into their own districts and are considered mostly independent.
The General Student Council acts as governing board to manage the academies as a whole. However, the group’s ability to govern has come to halt since the mysterious disappearance of the General Student Council president. Countless issues have begun to surface throughout Kivotos in the absence of the president’s leadership.
To avoid disaster, the General Student Council requests assistance from the Federal Investigation Club, otherwise known as Schale. In fact, Schale is the city’s newest club and the last to be approved before the president’s disappearance.
To accomplish its task, Schale relies on the guidance of a Sensei who can help them resolve the incidents around Kivotos.

Blue Archive is a game developed by Nexon Games and published by Yostar in Japan and Nexon worldwide. The game features stunning graphics, smooth gameplay, and a rich story. You can recruit and customize your students, explore the city, and engage in battles with other factions. The game is free-to-play with gacha game mechanics as a means to obtain new characters. The game was released in 2021 for Android and iOS, first in Japan by Yostar and worldwide later that year by Nexon. It will be released in China by Yostar in August 2023.
The anime adaptation will be produced by Yostar Pictures and studio CANDYBOX. The director is Daigo Yamagishi (Show by Rock!! Mashumairesh!!). The character design and chief animation director is Hiromitsu Hagiwara. The anime will follow the original story of the game, but also add some new elements and surprises. The anime does not have a release date yet, but it is expected to premiere in early 2024.
