Heads up, Boruto fans! It seems we will have to bear with the massive cliffhangers for quite a while. This is after the popular shonen manga announced it will be taking a three-month long hiatus after the release of its forthcoming 80th chapter on Saturday, April 21.
No reason for the sudden break was revealed in the announcement. It is however expected to return in Aug 2023 with the release ofV Jump magazine’s October issue. Readers can therefore expect Chapter 81 of the manga to be released on Sunday, August 20, 2023.
Many fans were, of course, quick to share their thoughts on the announced break on social media.
