The streaming platform offers the spinoff episodes, which consist of three original episodes (Kimetsu Academy Story) and four Valentine’s Day-themed episodes (Kimetsu Gakuen Valentine-hen). The initial shorts made their debut in Japan in August 2020, while the Valentine’s Day-themed episodes premiered in February 2021.
Film Adaptation and Arcs
In October 2020, Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train, a feature film adaptation of the anime, was released in Japan. Crunchyroll and Funimation are now streaming the movie.
In October 2021, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc, a seven-episode adaptation of the film, premiered. Later, in December 2021, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc debuted with a one-hour special. Both of these shows were available for streaming on Crunchyroll and Funimation.

Upcoming
The upcoming Swordsmith Village Arc (Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-Hen) for the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime will make its debut with a one-hour special on television in April. Recently, the arc premiered as a theatrical release in Japan under the name Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village– which included episode 1 of the arc along with episodes 10 and 11 of the Entertainment District Arc.
North American audiences can catch the episodes on March 3 in theaters through Crunchyroll and Aniplex of America, while a sold-out advanced screening red carpet event at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles is scheduled for February 18.
