Prepare to be spellbound once again in the world of Demon Slayer, as season 3 is set to arrive later this year, with the first episode set to hit the silver screen next month in North American theaters and the rest of the episodes to follow online in April. And if you’re as excited as we are, you won’t want to miss this amazing cosplay that brings to life Nezuko’s most demonic transformation from the final episodes of season two!
Ever since the first episode of Demon Slayer, we’ve been captivated by the mysterious and alluring presence of Nezuko, the demon-turned-heroine who struggles to resist the dark urges implanted in her by the evil Demon Lord Muzan.
Nezuko’s Demonic Transformation
Despite losing her family to Muzan’s vicious attack, Nezuko has managed to hold onto her humanity and fight alongside her brother Tanjiro as a member of the Demon Slayer Corps. But in the recent Entertainment District Arc, we saw just how close she came to succumbing to her demonic instincts and losing herself to the darkness forever.
One anime cosplayer, Nozo Cosplays, has brought to life the dark and ominous side of Nezuko, depicting Tanjiro’s sister with an even more demonic appearance than ever before in the Shonen series. Not only that, but the cosplayer has also aged up Nezuko by a few years, allowing her to be depicted grappling with the villainous Daki during the Entertainment District Arc. Take a look at the incredible cosplay below and witness Nezuko’s demonic upgrade:

Of course, we all know that Nezuko eventually transforms back into her smaller, more adorable self. But with the upcoming Swordsmith Village Arc set to introduce a host of powerful lieutenants of Muzan, the possibility remains that she will return to this powered-up state.
And speaking of battles, let’s not forget the incredible success of Mugen Train, which shattered box office records and became the top-grossing anime movie of all time. It’s no wonder that the Demon Slayer franchise is looking to keep the momentum going with another theatrical run. While there’s no official confirmation yet, it’s only a matter of time before we see our favorite demon slayers back on the big screen.
