Calling all Demon Slayer fans! Whether you are yet to catch up or simply want to rewatch the anime, Netflix has you covered when it comes to the hit dark fantasy anime! Fans may now watch the first part of the season two of the popular series, titled Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc, starting Saturday, Jan 21, on Netflix in selected countries, including the US and UK.
The news was confirmed on Friday via Twitter by the official account of Demon Slayer USA. It tweeted:
Earlier this week, a notice saying “Season 2 Coming January 21” was spotted on Netflix by many users. At the time, it was not clear whether the listing would only cover the Mugen Train Arc or would also include the Entertainment District Arc. But since the latest tweet did not make mention of the latter arc, many fans take it as a confirmation that the listing will only include the Mugen Train Arc.
Launched in October 2021, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc serves as the first part of Season 2 of the Demon Slayer anime franchise. It adapted the blockbuster film Mugen Train into a seven-episode arc. The season also features 70 new scenes, new tracks, and even an original episode featuring Kyojuro Rengoku’s journey to the Mugen Train.
