Demon Slayer Season 3 is in the midst of the major fights for the Swordsmith Village Arc, based on Koyoharu Gotoge’s original manga. Genya Shinazugawa is setting up for his big fight with a bloody cliffhanger from the newest episode, adding to the excitement for fans. In Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 3, Genya and Nezuko continue their struggle against the Hantengu clones while Tanjiro and Muichiro are busy elsewhere. During the intense battle, Genya gets stabbed through the chest, and it appears as though he has been defeated. However, after reciting a sutra, Genya makes an incredible comeback, refusing to back down no matter how much damage he takes.
Unlike Tanjiro, who fights to protect others, Genya appears to enjoy taking on the demons and relishes in the damage he receives during battle. As we’ve seen in previous episodes, Genya fights in a unique way that sets him apart from others. The cliffhanger at the end of the episode hints that we’re going to see even more of his incredible fighting skills in the upcoming battles.
With an increasingly tough opponent to face, it remains to be seen what Genya is truly capable of. But one thing is certain: he’s a force to be reckoned with in Demon Slayer Season 3.
