Did Law Turn Into a Girl?

By Janiene LerioNovember 25, 2022

With the straw hats departing Wano and landing on Egghead Island with one of the worst generation’s pirates, Jewelry Bonney, One Piece has entered its final saga. While they are off on their own new adventure, a former partner of theirs encounters problems someplace in the New World when he encounters another individual known to the Straw Hats. Trafalgar D. Law is forced to face one of the four emperors, Blackbeard, and his crew, who transforms Law into a girl.

Question is, will Law permanently be transformed into a girl? No. He will not be transformed into a girl permanently, he isn’t even a girl right now. When Doc Q utilized his newfound devil fruit talent to spread a disease that changes people into women, he was temporarily transformed into a girl. Law, on the other hand, was able to restore normalcy by employing a particularly powerful Haki.

Doc Q, popularly known as the “Death God,” is the Blackbeard Pirates’ doctor. Even though he is a doctor, he is a very sick guy, to the point where he requires the assistance of a horse to move around, despite the fact that his horse is just as sick as he is.

He is also one of Blackbeard’s officers and the captain of the group’s ninth ship. Furthermore, he has a similar appearance to the Grim Reaper, which is very appropriate for the character he is.

Doc Q possesses the Sick-Sick Fruit, a paramecia-type devil fruit like Ope-Ope no mi (Law’s Devil Fruit). This fruit enables the possessor to transmit a variety of diseases that can incapacitate an adversary in a variety of ways. These illnesses can have a wide range of consequences on their targets and have the potential to be contagious, allowing them to spread to different targets at a rapid rate.

It’s pretty exciting how these two characters ended up having to fight each other when their devil fruits are used and are exactly the complete opposites of each other. Although Law’s ‘woman phase’ was temporary, it definitely gave fans the type of fanservice they had not seen since Sanji wore that pink dress during pre-time skip, and to be honest, Trafalgar D. Water Law as a girl? *chef’s kiss*

I have been writing for as long as I can remember and being able to combine writing with another one of my hobbies is such a joy.
