Short answer, no. Saiki does not end up with anyone in the entire anime or manga series. The reason was his powers and his personality. We may not truly know if he considered dating anyone around him. One thing is for sure, he loves his coffee jelly to care about anything else.

Who is Saiki?
Saiki Kusuo, also known as Saiki K, is the main character in the anime series The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. He is a high school student with supernatural abilities that could almost elevate him to godhood. However, he considers these abilities to be extremely burdensome, to the point where he wishes to be free of them. He’s always set up in normal situations, and it’s his daily goal to go unnoticed by those around him. Despite his best efforts every day, people continue to gravitate toward him like magnets attracted to metal.

Does Saiki End Up With Kokomi Teruhashi?
Teruhashi was the series’ first female classmate to appear. We first see her in the first episode, where she revealed her true identity and status. Teruhashi’s main characteristic was that she was a pretty popular girl who was beautiful inside and out. Saiki’s abilities, on the other hand, enabled him to see her internal narcissism through her angelic facade.
Teruhashi is the first potential love interest in the series. If there was someone who had a chance to end up with Saiki, it would be her. Due to her misunderstanding her thoughts about Saiki, she goes into a dilemma on whether or not she likes him or not. All throughout the series, Teruhashi displayed her feelings towards Saiki and delude herself in her imagination. She might be the closest love interest we will ever have for Saiki in the series.
Does Saiki End Up With Aiura Mikoto?
Aiura would have been an excellent choice for Saiki’s love interest. They share a common interest and are aware of each other’s abilities. Aiura was Saiki’s closest friend among the other girls in the series, and he even revealed his abilities to her. At first, he tried to hide from her after finding out that the reason she transferred to PK Academy was so that she can find her soulmate.
Among the others, he seemed to be the most at ease with her. Isn’t it true that the trait we look for most in a potential significant other is comfort and openness? They certainly complement each other and understand each other to some extent. Despite this, Aiura remains to be Saiki’s close friend. She does try to shoot her shot and flirt with him from time to time but that’s all there is to it.
Does Saiki End Up With Yumehara Chiyo?
Yumehara was the first girl to express romantic feelings for Saiki. Yumeraha even had her own episode dedicated to catching Saiki’s attention. Saiki, being himself, was able to anticipate Yumehara’s intentions. Saiki stated in this context that he finds relationships or people who like him burdensome. He went on to plan the exact opposite of Yumehara’s plans. The episode provided insight into Saiki’s perspective on the girls around him, as well as the topic of relationships in general. She became part of their friend group and eventually fell for someone else.
Does Saiki End Up With Rifuta Imu?
Imu was a transfer student who was determined to charm every guy in the academy. Her plans were foiled when she discovered the existence of Kokomi Teruhashi. She started to find Teruhashi’s weakness and noticed her acting differently when she interacted with Saiki. When Imu revealed to Teruhashi that she might have a crush on Saiki, she saw Teruhashi’s shocked face. Determined to overthrow Teruhashi, she decides to flirt with Saiki. After trying to do so, she realizes that Saiki kind of looks attractive and she bailed at the last minute. Slowly towards the series, she finds herself more attracted to Teruhashi than Saiki.
Does Saiki End Up With Mera Chisato?
Mera didn’t actually display any affection towards Saiki in the series. She is an honorable mention in this article however due to Saiki favoring her in a way. They first interacted during Saiki’s visit to a restaurant. It turns out Chisato works as a waitress for that restaurant and is very clumsy. After she accidentally dropped Saiki’s order, she proceeded to give him a new one free of charge. If there is a way to this guy’s heart, the entrance ticket is certainly coffee jelly.
The coffee jelly was intended to entice Saiki into not disclosing her employment status. During this episode, Saiki demonstrated his humanity by feeling bad for Mera if he did reveal her secret. On the verge of Mera being busted by their gym teacher, Saiki decided to change their school’s rule on employment. Coffee jelly can really do wonders in this series.
Why Did Saiki Not End Up With Anyone?
The reason isn’t that he’s a total recluse or that he’s unattractive, the main reasons were his powers and personality. Even without powers, it seems like he naturally attracts people around him. Teruhashi and Imu at one point were attracted to Saiki’s face, so his face wasn’t the problem to begin with. It’s just the fact that his heart deeply belongs to one thing only: Coffee Jelly. We really can’t blame him. A good coffee jelly can ease any burden away.
