The official site and Twitter account for Akihiro Ononaka’s manga, Gushing over Magical Girls, has announced some exciting news! The series is set to be adapted into a TV anime, with more specific details to be determined.
The manga originally began serialization on publisher Takeshobo’s online platform Storia Dash in 2019 before being published in tankoubon volumes.

J-Novel Clublicensed the manga, and it describes the story:
Hi, I’m Hiiragi Utena. I’m a normal magical-girl-loving middle school girl—or at least I was, but then some talking mascot showed up out of the blue and cast a spell on me! Now’s my chance to join my beloved magical girls as…a villain? Hang on, something’s wrong with my outfit! This can’t be happening!
Watch this shy magical-girl fan transform into a sadistic dominatrix! When good and evil collide, who will be the one to submit?!
Akihiro Okonaka’s Mahō Shōjo ni Akogarete manga was first launched in 2019, as part of Takeshobo’s Manga Life Storia magazine. However, following the magazine’s discontinuation, the manga found a new home on the Storia Dash website.
