Yunyun’s father send a letter to her saying that they needed her help. This is because the village was in danger; hence, she rushes home and Megumin and her party followed her immediately. However, she found out that nothing was wrong and that it was simply a letter of update from a father to his child.
Well, Kazuma and the rest of the group may have found the chief slightly annoying. But, visiting the village gave them the chance to get to know more about Megumin’s clan and how powerful they are. Megumin, Yunyun, or any members of their clan are not technically demons who embody cruelty and evilness. They are also not entirely humans like Kazuma Satou or Darkness. A wall stone with inscriptions that Aqua, Megumin, and Kazuma found in their village reveals the truth about the clan’s history.
The inscriptions were written in Japanese. Thus, Kazuma was able to read it, as well as Aqua. Reincarnating or transporting humans who have died into the fantasy world has been done by goddesses like Aqua long before Kazuma.
