The latest arc of Jujutsu Kaisen manga has taken a dark turn as Sukuna, a powerful demon, has possessed Megumi Fushiguro’s body. The latest chapter offers an update on Megumi’s well-being, as he endures the mental anguish caused by Sukuna’s actions. Unfortunately, Megumi has suffered one loss after another, thanks to Sukuna’s manipulations.
Sukuna’s intention is to bury Megumi deep within his soul by inflicting as much psychological damage as possible. This goal is taken to the extreme as Sukuna fights against Yorozu, aiming to kill Megumi’s sister Tsumiki in the process. The latest chapter concludes with Megumi’s condition within Sukuna being revealed, and it’s not good news.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 219 Update: Will Megumi Escape Sukuna’s Control?
In the previous Jujutsu Kaisen manga chapters, Megumi showed signs of being able to resist Sukuna’s control, causing Sukuna to intensify his efforts to push Megumi further into despair. One of his tactics was to fight Tsumiki Fushiguro, who was possessed by Yorozu’s cursed technique, in an attempt to inflict maximum damage. Although Yorozu had demonstrated her formidable powers in earlier chapters, Sukuna emerges victorious in Chapter 219 of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga by quickly countering her technique.
As the chapter comes to a close, Megumi’s mental state is depicted as deteriorating in Sukuna’s grasp. Sukuna’s power and influence over Megumi are growing stronger, making it increasingly unlikely that Megumi will be able to escape on his own. The update suggests that Megumi is trapped in a dark pit of despair, with Sukuna gaining more control as Megumi falls further into darkness.
