The creators of Kingdom Season 5 have revealed a new key visual, which shows Eisei, Kanki, and Shin facing off against three Zhao generals. The new season will air next January.
They have also announced the voice cast for the Zhao side, featuring Toshiyuki Morikawa as Ri Boku, Daisuke Hirakawa as Kei Sha, and Kouji Ishii as Ki Sui. Morikawa and Hirakawa will reprise their roles, while Ishii and Kisui will join the Kingdom anime for the first time.

Season 5 Premiere Date and Other Cast Members
Kingdom Season 5 is set to premiere on January 6 (or January 7 at midnight JST) in Japan. In addition to the main characters, the new season will feature the following cast members, both old and new:

- Ma Ron/Mo Lun: Motoki Sakuma

About Kingdom
Kingdom is an anime adaptation of the manga by Yasuhisa Hara, which depicts the Warring States period of China and is published by Shueisha. The manga started in Weekly Young Jump in 2006 and reached its 69th volume in July 2023. The anime began in 2012, and the fourth season aired in 2022. Crunchyroll summarizes the anime as follows:
Shin and Hyou are war-orphans in the kingdom of Qin. They dream of proving themselves on the battlefield until the day Hyou is captured by a minister. The boy manages to escape and return to his village, but he is badly injured. Shin then meets a mysterious youth who bears an eerie resemblance to Hyou—a boy who will one day become emperor!
The Kingdom manga has also spawned live-action movies, with the third one hitting the theaters in Japan on July 28.
