Kadokawa has started streaming the third promotional video for Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! spinoff novel series. The video reveals that the anime will debut on April 5 and features Machico performing the opening theme song “Stay Free,” while Rie Takahashi and Aki Toyosaki perform the ending theme song “Jump In.”

Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! spinoff novels revolve around Megumin and her Crimson Magic Clan.

The upcoming anime adaptation will feature Takaomi Kanasaki as chief director, with Yujiro Abe directing the series. Makoto Uezu will be responsible for the series scripts, while Koichi Kikuta will be returning as the character designer. Masato Kōda will be composing the music for the show.

The first and second seasons of the main KonoSuba anime premiered in January 2016 and January 2017, respectively, with both being streamed on Crunchyroll as they aired in Japan.
KONOSUBA – God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World– Legend of Crimson anime film opened in Japan in August 2019, and in November 2019, it was screened in the United States by Crunchyroll and Fathom Events.
Natsume Akatsuki and Kurone Mishima’s original Konosuba light novel series follows the story of Kazuma, a shut-in student who dies in a traffic accident but meets the goddess Aqua after death. He is given a chance to reincarnate in a fantasy world and can bring one thing with him. When he chooses Aqua herself, they are both transported to their new lives. The pair embark on quests to earn enough money to buy food, shelter, and clothing, and eventually hire the sorceress Megumin and swordswoman Darkness, who are just as useless as they are.
