Alright, it’s time to meet the dream team behind the upcoming anime, Mahō Shōjo Magical Destroyers (Magical Girl Magical Destroyers)! The show’s story and original character designs are credited to the one and only Inagawa. And let’s not forget the mastermind director Hiroshi Ikehata ( FLCL Progressive, Kiratto Pri☆Chan) is directing the anime at Bibury Animation Studio. Helping him out as assistant director is Masao Kawase, who’s already proved his skills as action director in Azure Striker Gunvolt and Kiratto Pri☆Chan.
The scriptwriter in charge of the series is none other than Daishiro Tanimura, who’s penned episodes for Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet and Golden Kamuy. The opening theme song “MAGICAL DESTROYER” is performed by Blue’s very own voice actress, Aimi, and the ending theme song “Gospelion in a classic love” is brought to us by the talented artist unit The 13th tailor, composed by Akira Hashiba.
The franchise is even getting its own smartphone game titled Magical Girl Destroyers Kai, featuring the anime’s heroines Anarchy, Blue, and Pink, along with a new character named Peace, voiced by Sumire Uesaka. And let’s not forget the game’s theme song “Rebellion,” also sung by Uesaka. Pre-registration is already open, so don’t miss out!
