Curious as to how One Piece will look like in one piece? French artist Ilan Manouach has just made the unthinkable by assembling all current One Piece volumes into a single book, and the result is massive!
France-based JBE Books revealed the artistic creation through a press release. The book, now billed the largest in the world, consists of 21,540 pages, weighs 17 kilograms, and expands 31.5 inches long. That’s about the length of a standard baseball bat!

The book’s spine showcases colored illustrations from the series. Although tempting to inspect, the product is generally described as a “sculptural object” and isn’t meant to be read or displayed in bookstores.
On his website, artist Ilan Manouach explains that the creation “can only be contemplated as a materialisation of digital comics’ very own media-saturated digital ecosystem.” He goes on to add that the product “exists only as an object of pure speculation.”
First debuted in 1997, One Piece now stands as among the longest-running manga series in the world. It celebrated its 1000th chapter in 2021 and is currently at its Chapter 1059. It is deemed the best-selling manga of all time, with over 500 million copies in print worlwide as of August 2022.

Eiichiro Oda, the creator of One Piece, has long solidified his name in the manga industry with his exceptional storytelling skills and fun illustrations. As the story nears its final arc, fans all over the world are currently on edge as to what will happen next to the Strawhat pirates.
The artistic creation, titled “OnePiece” by Ilan Manouach is the first ever attempt to merge all 25 years worth of One Piece into a single object. Fans can get a copy of the book for a whooping price of €1900 (about US$1925). It is also limited edition, with only 50 copies printed for sale.
