The invading CP0 not only brought with it some faces from the Straw Hats’ past, but the newest chapter revealed that there’s an even more important face from the past hiding amongst the group, complicating things for Luffy and the Straw Hats. Stussy, as CP0 discovers, is a clone of a member of the legendary Rocks pirate group, who has some connection with Dr. Vegapunk that will be explored further in the remaining chapters.
The members of CP0 make their way to the core Vegapunk laboratory in Chapter 1072 of One Piece, and during their attack, Stussy bites into Kaku’s neck. Stussy surprises the CP0 members by revealing a pair of bat wings and revealing that she put Kaku to sleep while threatening to do the same to Lucci. It is then revealed that Stussy is a clone of Miss Buckingham Stussy, a former member of the Rocks pirates as well as the mother of former Edward Weevil, a member of the Seven Warlords.

It is revealed that Stussy is the very first clone successfully created by Vegapunk and the MADS organization and that she has most likely been working on something else undercover all this time. She has ties to both the underworld and the world government as a result of her various missions, but it now appears that she has been working on a secret third project all along. It’s unclear why she’s been doing all of this for the MADS organization.
Well? What do you think of this big revelation? The Final Saga’s about to get pretty interesting.
