What is One Piece Film: Red about?

Uta has always dreamed of freedom and performing music for the world. However, due to childhood trauma, she has hatred towards pirates. This caused her relationship with her childhood friend, Luffy, to be strained. Their supposed happy reunion in Uta’s live concert was then cut short, especially when Luffy refused to change his pirate ways.

Uta then unleashed her power towards Luffy and the Straw Hats, trapping them in a dream. It turns out that their minds already entered the dream since the beginning of the concert. They have to find the way out or be trapped in Uta’s dream permanently.
