8. Killing Buddha, Horubo
Also a dreaded criminal, Horubo is portrayed to be a shady, elderly man in monk attire. In the manga, he was actually called “He Who Prays To Buddha For Murder”. Although carrying a serious, holy-like facade, Horubo is actually quite vicious, grabbing even the tiniest bit of opportunity to kill his rivals even before reaching the target island.
7. Hunter of the Hundred, Warped Keiun
Cunning and greedy, Warped Keiun is a convicted murderer who finds obsession in all sorts of weapons and armor. 6. The Giant of Bizen, Rokurota
A monster in terms of size, Rokurota was a notorious criminal known for his tremendous physical strength and insatiable hunger. Given his size and strength, he can easily kill even a skilled Asaemon with just a single strike, uproot and throw a whole tree towards his enemies, and even block almost any attack against him.
5. Nurugai of the Mountains
Persistent and naturally talented, Nurugai is the youngest death-row convict to have made it into the expedition party. Although of a tender age, Nurugai proved herself to be a strong fighter, overpowering many other criminals during the selection of the party members who are to embark on the mysterious island.
4. Yuzuriha of Keishu
Strong, beautiful, and scheming, Yuzuriha is a powerful shinobi well-known for her crime of raiding the Sagiwa Castle and defeating the multiple retainers that guard it. 3. The Blade Dragon, Tamiya Gantetsusai

Even when confronted with seemingly invincible foes, Tamiya’s common response is to feel pumped up, diving straight into the battle.
2. The Bandit King, Aza Chobei
