The staff of Subaruichi’s The Legendary Hero is Dead! (Yūsha ga Shinda! Murabito no Ore ga Otoshiana ni Yuusha ga Ochita Kekka) manga revealed three more cast members and revealed the characters’ thigh-high socks visual. The series is set to premiere April 2023.
The new cast members are:
Ayana Takekatsu as Anri.

Hibiku Yammura as Yuna.

Yurika Kubo as Marguerit.

Wataru Katō and Shunichi Toki as Touka Scott.

Shunichi Toki as Sion Bladan.

Shogakukan Asia licensed the manga and describes it as:
Touka is just your average (slightly perverted) farmer in the village of Cheza. While he daydreams about being a hero and getting the girl, the real hero, Sion, is out battling demons that threaten to invade the world! But one day, Touka accidentally kills the hero…?! With the Legendary Hero dead, who’s going to save the world now?! Touka quickly buries Sion’s body to hide the evidence, but wakes up the next day to discover he is no longer in his own body…!!
The Legendary Hero is Dead! is a series written and illustrated by Subaruichi. It began serialization in Shogakukan’s Ura Sunday website and MangaOne app from December 2014 to December 2020, with chapters compiled into twenty tankobōn volumes. The series is licensed by Shogakukan Asia in Southeast Asia. A sequel titled Yūsha ga Shinda! Kami no Kuni-hen began serialization in the MangaOne app on May 9, 2022.
