To Your Eternity is definitely going to get more promising. On Friday, the official website for Yoshitoki Oima’s Your Eternity (Fumetsu no Anata e) television anime revealed more cast members.
These are the following cast members who are joining the second season of the television anime:
- Megumi Han (the voice of Gon Freecss from Hunter x Hunter) as Torta
- Aoi Koga (the voice of Kaguya Shinomiya from Kaguya Sama: Love Is War) as Pocoa
- Mitsuaki Kanuka (the voice of Tohga from Bakugan TV) as Fen
- Hiroyuki Yoshino (the voice of Hajime Iwaizumi from Haikyuu!!) as Nixon
- Akeno Watanabe (the voice of Villeta Nu from Code Geass) as Todo
- Mitsuru Miyamoto (the voice of Ougai Mori from Bungou Stray Dogs) as Cylira

On October 23, the anime debuted on NHK Educational. Except for Asia, Crunchyroll is streaming the second season worldwide.
Kiyoko Sayama (Vampire Knight, Prétear, Amanchu! Advance) has taken over as the anime’s new director, succeeding Masahiko Murata. Drive (ACTORS: Songs Connection, Vladlove) replaces Brains Base as the next animation studio. Shinz Fujita, the series writing supervisor, Koji Yabuno, the character designer, Ryo Kawasaki, the music composer, and Takeshi Takadera, the sound director, all return.
The first season of the anime will air on NHK Educational in April 2021. The anime was initially scheduled to air in October 2020, however, it was pushed back to April 2021 owing to COVID-19’s disruption of the production schedule. The anime was aired on Crunchyroll.
Crunchyroll is digitally distributing the manga in English with its Japanese release.
Oima debuted the comic in Weekly Shonen Magazine in November 2016. The first arc of the manga finished in December 2019, and the second arc began in January 2020. In May 2019, the manga won the Best Shonen Manga award at the 43rd annual Kodansha Manga Awards. The manga also ranked on the American Library Association’s (ALA’s) Young Adult Library Services Association’s (YALSA) 2019 list of Great Graphic Novels for Teens.
