Senku’s greatest invention is something that almost all scientists have tried to make but always seemed to fail. We have a very long list of Senku Ishigami’s scientific inventions throughout the Dr. Stone series. He may be in the stone world; however, this did not become a hindrance for him to invent things that would benefit him and all of the people in the primitive world.
Senku, together with his friends, has made the impossible possible through the power of science. He managed to bring many things from modern civilization to the stone world. Also, it was even during this age that he made his greatest innovation.
Senku Ishigami is a natural-born brilliant scientist. He is a literal encyclopedia. Senku is someone who almost acquired all the knowledge the world could give before world petrification. He can definitely stand by the term Mr. Know-It-All.

At the same time, be able to justify every bit of why he deserves to be called that way. His interest in science and technology has always been a part of him since he was a kid. This led to his father, Byakuya Ishigami, even making huge sacrifices just so his son could pursue his passion.

Good thing that Senku wasn’t limited to inventing and learning because all of his hard work paid off during the stone world. Waking up and realizing that centuries have gone by might be hard, especially for people today who are pretty used to living with modernization.
In fact, we cannot deny that both science and technology have made our lives easier and more convenient. Therefore, as a scientist with a very humanitarian heart, the young Ishigami decided to make it his goal to restore modern civilization from zero. And to successfully achieve his mission, he had to invent one technology after another until he was able to make his greatest scientific invention of all. But, before that here are his 10 best scientific inventions so far excluding his greatest one.
The Top 10 Scientific Inventions of Senku in the Anime
1. Stone Age Cellular Phone
The invention of the cellular phone is considered to be one of the biggest breakthroughs of science in modern society. The invention of the cellular phone proved that using the power of science distance can no longer be an issue. Therefore, when Senku Ishigami brought it to the stone world he definitely proved his brilliance in the field of science of technology.
As far as how Dr. Stone seasons one and two go, the cellular phone tops the list as Senku Ishigami and the kingdom’s greatest invention. The stone age cellular phone paved the way for the kingdom to be victorious against the empire of Tsukasa. Because of it, they were also able to reclaim the miracle cave.

If not for this invention then the stone war could have ended badly for the people of The Kingdom of Science. Senku and his team wouldn’t have stood against Tsukasa and his empire if the fight was all about strength. However, due to science, they were able to make an invention that made communication easier for the team both inside and outside Tsukasa’s empire. As they say, wartime communication holds great importance and should not be taken lightly.
2. The Cure-All Sulfa Drug
Upon learning that the priestess of the Ishigami Village was suffering from an illness, Senku began to develop a drug to save her. He promised both Kohaku and Chrome that he would provide a cure for Ruri’s illness using science. Together with the first few members of the kingdom, Senku worked for months in gathering and making the sulfa drug in order to save Ruri on time.
Senku unexpectedly becoming the village chief finally gave him the right to enter the village as he wished. When he found out after the Grand Bout that Ruri has pneumonia, the kingdom immediately got back to work to give Ruri the medicine she needs. After taking a few doses of the drug, Ruri was finally released from her suffering after so many years.

The cure-all sulfa drug may not have made such a huge impact, as the others. However, we should not overlook the fact that it is the cure-all sulfa drug that made the people in the village trust Senku Ishigami. If not for this invention then the possibility of the Ishigami people coming together to help Senku might have been impossible for him.
3. The Revival Fluid By Senku Ishigami

Senku Ishigami is still assumed to be the first person to have woken up from the petrification. As the brilliant scientist he is, Senku knew that no man is an island. Right after releasing himself from petrification, he realized that he also has to do the same thing to others. Therefore, using the fluid from the cave as the key component, Senku was able to revive his future allies mainly Taiju and Yuzuriha. Through it, the people of the kingdom were able to hear the voices of their ancestors and listen to the incredible Lillian Weinberg sing.

Senku did not develop a normal refrigerator during the stone world. This scientific invention made it his top invention throughout the series because it is currently saving the life of his friend, Tsukasa Shishio. During Senku and Tsukasa’s fight against Hyoga, Tsukasa ended up badly injured.
The lack of medical resources in the stone world made it impossible for Senku to save his friend right away. Thus, instead of letting him die, Senku decided to build him a refrigerator where he will be placing Tsukasa. The only thing that can save Tsukasa is to petrify him and then de-petrify him. In order to gain the trust of the Ishigami people, Senku decided to replenish their starving stomachs with something new. Although to the palate of a modern man like Senku, the ramen he made wasn’t as tasty as the ones in the modern world.

But, because this is a new dish for the stone age people, it certainly became their favorite dish. He even made freeze-dried cup ramen for his people during the war planning. But because this beverage represents how Senku listens to his friends like Gen and how he tries to grant their wishes as long as it is scientifically possible.
10. Senku Ishigami’s Laboratory Glasswares
Science requires delicate hands and accurate measurements. Although laboratory glasswares aren’t that big of a scientific invention today, making one in the stone world is the complete opposite.
Senku and Chrome had plenty of hardships in making this one because despite how simple it looks, laboratory glassware requires true skills in crafting. Hence, with the brilliance of old man Kaseki as a master craftsman, Senku was able to gain laboratory glassware that made inventing easier for him and his friends.
