What Chapter Does Maid-Sama Anime End at?
The best chapter to start reading is with Chapter 32. This is the last chapter the anime covered. If you are looking to buy the physical volumes, you can go ahead and start with Chapter 33.
If you are looking to buy individual volumes of Maid-Sama, you’ll want to start with Volume 8. This volume includes chapters 33 through 36. If you want to pick up exactly where Maid-Sama ends, purchase Volume 7, which repeats the last arc of the anime.

What Happens in the End of Maid-Sama?

The answer is yes.
Misaki and Usui get married in the finale chapter of the book.
Misaki also becomes a diplomat, while Usui is a doctor. The couple live happily ever after (we assume).
We never do find out if they have kids though…
