More crumbs for Attack on Titan fans because the official website of Hajime Isayama’s hit manga series-turned-anime just released another illustration featuring some of your favorite characters from the series!
Last Friday, Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) released an official art featuring some of the main characters of the series including Eren Jaeger, Mikasa Ackermann, Armin Arlert, Connie Springer, Hange Zoe, Jean Kirstein, and Gabi Braun. The website also announced that a special event for the Anime will commence on the 13th of November this year. Many are anticipating the announcement of the release date of the series’ Final Season.

On December 7, 2020, NHK began airing the anime Attack on Titan: The Final Season. The anime is available with English subtitles on Funimation and Crunchyroll. On January 9, Adult Swim’s Toonami programming block began screening the anime, and on January 10, Funimation began streaming an English dub.
The anime was directed by Yuichiro Hayashi (Dorohedoro, Garo the Animation, Kakegurui all seasons). Hiroshi Seko (Ajin anime franchise, Vinland Saga, Mob Psycho 100 anime franchise) was brought back to supervise the series scripts. The characters were developed by Tomohiro Kishi (Dorohedoro, 91 Days). Hiroyuki Sawano, along with Kohta Yamamoto, returned to compose the music (Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga, The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments).
The first season of television anime aired in April 2013, and the second season aired in April 2017. The first half of the third season debuted in July 2018, and the second half debuted in April 2019 on the NHK General channel in Japan.
In 2009, Hajime Isayama published the original manga in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shnen Magazine. The manga is being published in English by Kodansha Comics, both digitally and in print.
After 11 and a half years of serialization, the manga ended on April 9 in the May issue of Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shonen Magazine. On June 9, the manga’s 34th and final volume were released.
