It seems we have hit the homestretch, fellas. If you didn’t know, the One Piece anime has been working on the Wano saga for over a year and is still not finished. Things are heating up on screen these days owing to Kaido and Luffy, but the overarching plot has yet to reach a conclusion. It won’t be long before the climax arrives, though, and One Piece is promoting its upcoming release with a new poster.
As you can see in the image below, One Piece has unveiled a new poster for its Wano tale, and the artwork is stunning. When Luffy’s finest fighters assemble around Wano, the spread narrows in on him. Of course, Luffy is the most conspicuous figure here to the right as he’s carrying a haki-infused fist. And judging by his friends, the remainder of the crew is set to go. The Worst Generation is finally waking up.

After all, Eustass Kid is seen center stage with a large piece of technology covering an arm. Trafalgar Law has joined him here, as the lethal surgeon wields his famed blade as usual.
Of course, For is also heavily armed. On this image, the man who invested in the Three Sword Method appears menacing, but that is because he is in his element. Even Sanji appears nonplussed by the looming battle as he covers a leg in Haki.
The One Piece anime currently does not have a definite date for Wano’s climax, but Luffy is working towards it week by week. If we were to guess, we’d say the hero’s big confrontation with Kaido will be released this fall.
If you need to catch up on the Wano story, you may watch One Piece on Hulu, Funimation, Crunchyroll, and other services. As for the One Piece manga, the series is still being worked on by creator Eiichiro Oda. The series’ last act began a few months ago, and the most recent arc brought Luffy and Dr. Vegapunk together. You can catch up with the complete series on Manga Plus or with the Shonen Jump app but be advised!
