My Hero Academia fans, the moment has arrived! It took some time, but Crunchyroll came through for us all. After all, My Hero Academia’s most recent OVA is now available on the streaming site. So, if you’ve ever wondered how Izuku would do in the Yu-Gi-Oh Universe, now is your lucky day.
Crunchyroll subscribers can now watch My Hero Academia: UA Heroes Battle, as shown above. The OVA was released in Japan over a month ago, and it was only available to a few fans in the United States at New York Comic Con. The OVA is now available for everyone to view, and it puts Class 1-A to the test in card games.
After all, the plot of UA Heroes Battle is rather simple. It takes place after My Hero Academia season seven, when Deku returns to UA High School. Our beloved pupils are bored out of their wits because the school is closed due to All For One’s escape, but Mirio has a solution. The elder student introduces the kids to the high-tech card game UA Heroes Battle, which sends our children on a journey with Yu-Gi-Oh.
This is only one of numerous new OVAs to join the My Hero Academia franchise. From November 2016 till the present, the anime has produced eight separate OVAs. You can watch them all on Crunchyroll with the original My Hero Academia series. So, if you want to learn more about the popular superhero anime, check out the official summary below:
Izuku has dreamt of being a hero all his life-a lofty goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a kid with no superpowers. That’s right, in a world where eighty percent of the population has some kind of super-powered “quirk,” Izuku was unlucky enough to be born completely normal. But that’s not enough to stop him from enrolling in one of the world’s most prestigious hero academies.
