While there is no concrete evidence that Loid likes Yor due to the anime series not being done yet, we can at least infer that Loid considers Yor, an important person.
Where It All Started
Following the conclusion of his previous task, Loid Forger, who goes by the alias “Twilight,” was tasked with a classified mission by W.I.S.E. to prevent Denovan Desmond from disrupting the peace agreement between the governments of Ostanian and Westalian.
However, Twilight, despite being a high-caliber spy in their organization, is not enough to complete the mission alone, as killing the leader of the National Unity Party is not an option. The only choice they have to stop a possible war is to get closer to Denovan Desmond and probe for any seditious activities.
To achieve this objective, Loid was instructed to create a false family that could assist him in getting closer to Donovan and avoid raising any suspicion of him being a spy, allowing him to integrate into society.

As a result, the mission has commenced, with the organization anticipating that it will be executed successfully to maintain stability and harmony in the nation.
During the second episode of the anime series titled “Secure a Wife,” Anya is triumphant in passing the entrance exam for the renowned Eden Academy. However, Loid faces another significant challenge due to the interview that is scheduled to take place at the school.
For the purpose of formal enrollment at Eden Academy, both the student and their parents are required to attend the interview, where they will be assessed by the school’s faculty members. The problem is that Loid doesn’t have a wife, thus making it impossible for them to attend the interview.
To resolve the situation, Loid tries to come up with a makeshift solution by dressing Franky in women’s clothing, but it wasn’t a great approach. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, Loid decides to search for a wife who can accompany him to the forthcoming interview.

First Encounter
During a visit to a tailor shop to request a personalized school uniform, Loid and Anya encounter Yor, who has also come to have her dress repaired.
While lost in thought, Loid fails to notice someone approaching from behind, causing him to be startled when Yor speaks since he is unaware of her arrival at the shop.
In need of a wife, Loid contemplates that Yor would be a suitable candidate since she has a respectable background and doesn’t appear to be engaged in any questionable conduct. Nonetheless, following a discussion with Yor, he experiences a change of heart and decides against selecting her as his wife.
Fortunately, Anya intervenes by using her telepathic abilities to eavesdrop on the adults’ thoughts. She is astonished to discover that Yor is actually an assassin, which adds to the excitement given that Loid is a spy.

Girlfriend and Boyfriend
Anya creates a commotion to alert Yor that Loid is single. Following this revelation, Yor and Loid come to an understanding, and Yor requests Loid to accompany her to a party as his fake boyfriend. In exchange, Loid asks Yor to pose as Anya’s fake mother for the upcoming interview.
Following their arrangement, Loid exhibits impeccable acting skills as Yor’s simulated partner. As demonstrated in the second episode, Loid fulfills his commitment to Yor by attending the party, despite being preoccupied with an urgent mission.
Upon arriving at the party, Loid had blood on his head due to a car accident he experienced while evading his adversaries. As a consequence of the minor trauma from the crash, Loid inadvertently introduces himself as Yor’s husband instead of identifying himself as her boyfriend.

Nevertheless, when Carmilla tries to embarrass Yor in front of everyone in the room, Loid comes to the rescue as he defends his wife against criticism and explains to everyone the truth behind Yor’s life experience.
Subsequently, Loid suggested that they should go home because of the bad treatment that Yor underwent. Just as they were driving home, they were suddenly attacked by the remnants of a smuggling ring from Loid’s urgent mission.
Fearing exposure as a spy, Loid concocts a strange alibi, claiming that the attackers are his patients from the hospital. To his surprise, Yor accepts his excuse and collaborates with him to vanquish the remaining foes.

Husband and Wife
The night ended with a thrilling scene: Loid picked up a grenade on the ground and proposed to Yor using the pin of the grenade that he threw at the enemies. This left fans with a smile, as what Loid has done is one epic way of proposing to a woman.

Loid’s Respect for Yor
But the fake love story between the two doesn’t end here, as in the fifth episode, we witness Loid shedding blood, not from his enemies, but due to a drunk Yor, whom he admires too much to retaliate against. Loid deeply admires Yor for her strength, and if Yor had not dozed off during their fight for Anya, Loid would have been defeated in combat for the first time.

Lover’s Room
In episode 8, we observe Loid and Yor becoming flustered with each other due to their cringe-worthy “complete set of loving couples” home décor, which they utilize to convince Yuri that they are a married couple. The setup consists of a “love” mug holding both of their toothbrushes, framed couple photographs, and vividly pink bed sheets and pillowcases adorned with hearts. Anya even comments, “Father and mother flirting,” to which they deny with, “No way!“

Almost Kiss
In episode 9, which is a beloved episode for Loid x Yor fans, we witness the pair performing the iconic “hamburger heart” pose and almost kissing?! This is due to Yuri’s dare for them to kiss one another to prove that they do love each other.
Yor catches Loid off guard by pushing him onto his seat, having had some alcohol to get the courage to do what they were going to do. However, due to her low alcohol tolerance, she becomes inebriated quickly.
Yor approaches Loid’s face closely, causing Loid to falter for the first time, despite his previous experience with numerous women.

It is noteworthy that this is Yor’s first kiss, suggesting that she may not have had any previous romantic encounters with men, only with Loid. Consequently, the subtle tenderness displayed by Yor in subsequent episodes is a significant step forward for her character.
As Loid and Yor’s faces drew closer, Yuri intervened, realizing that they were about to kiss in front of him. Yor is mortified by the situation and strikes out with a slap, which Loid manages to evade, causing the slap to connect with Yuri’s face instead.
At the end of the day, we observe our favorite characters resting in their own separate beds, with Anya dreaming, “Father… save the world…” and Yor dreaming, “Yuri… don’t hit Loid, or I’ll get mad…” These dreams demonstrate the affection that both Anya and Yor have for Loid, even if it’s not romantically inclined.

Doubts and Trust
In the ninth episode of the anime, Loid decides to test Yor’s knowledge or involvement with her younger brother, who is a secret police officer. As a spy, Loid wants to ensure that Yor has no affiliation with the S.S.S. To achieve this, he and his friend Franky pose as secret police officers to coerce Yor into disclosing any connections she may have with the S.S.S.
Thankfully, after confronting Yor about the matter, Loid verifies that she genuinely has no knowledge of her younger brother’s involvement with the National Security Agency. Later, Franky observes that Loid appears to feel remorseful for doubting Yor.

This is unusual for Loid since, in his line of work, he has always kept a professional distance and avoided emotional attachment. Nonetheless, he seems to be developing an emotional connection to his fake family.
At the conclusion of the episode, we witness Loid meeting Yor on the street, waiting for the traffic light to turn green. Loid reflects on the concept of family and how people strive to fulfill their ideal roles but inevitably become weary and emotionally drained.
He offers comfort to Yor and encourages her by stating that she does not need to be perfect and should stay true to herself. It appears as though Loid is genuinely concerned about Yor, not just as his fake wife but on a deeper level.

Protective Parents
In episodes 12 to 14, we witness one of the more intense story arcs in Spy x Family, with Loid and Yor striving to protect Anya at all costs. Despite their status as fake parents, they act as if they are genuinely Anya’s parents, going to great lengths to safeguard her and ensure that no one lays a hand on her.

Making Extra Efforts
Loid and Anya always wait for Yor to return home before serving their meals. In episode 16 of Spy x Family, Yor arrives home with a somber expression on her face and numerous cuts on her hands. Loid appears concerned about Yor’s condition, and while we might anticipate him using his spy skills to investigate and find out why Yor seems suspicious, he trusts her throughout the episode.
It is typical for Yor to have such cuts and a grim expression during her assassinations, but it is revealed that she obtained them from learning how to cook for Anya and Loid, which comes as a surprise.

Yor felt guilty that Loid was always doing the household chores and cooking meals for her and Anya (best husband award goes to…). Thus she takes on daily cooking classes from Ms. Camilla, her workmate in the city hall.
Her hard work pays off when she prepares a delicious southern stew, a dish her mother frequently makes. Anya and Loid were so happy with the meal.

First Date
In episode 19, Anya forgets her uniform, and Yor rushes to Eden Academy to deliver it to her. She goes above and beyond, even resorting to parkour to avoid being noticed. By coincidence, Loid happens to be at the school spying on Anya. Initially, Loid fears that Yor has discovered his secret spy work and has followed him, but he soon realizes that Yor is merely delivering Anya’s forgotten uniform.
Despite Yor’s best efforts, it turns out that Anya did not need her forgotten gym uniform, as there was no gym class scheduled for that day. Yor feels disheartened, but Loid is there to lift her spirits. He praises her for being a fantastic mother to Anya, even though it is part of their mission. It is clear that Loid is doing this to make Yor feel better and not be too disappointed.
Loid asks Yor if she would like to have a meal with him, and she blushes and agrees. A first date for the two?

Falling in Love
In the latest episodes of the anime, we have seen Loid continue to pursue his top-secret mission of stopping Donovan with the help of his fake family. However, it seems that Loid is starting to develop some emotional feelings because the idea of staying with Yor and Anya has already come to his mind.
In the 21st episode of the series, Fiona Frost visits Loid at his home for their upcoming joint mission. As someone who has feelings for Loid, she notices a significant change in his behavior.
Having been trained by Loid herself, Fiona is knowledgeable about his personality. She comments that as a spy, it is crucial to conceal one’s true emotions, but she observes a hint of genuine emotion in Loid’s conversation and smiles with Yor. Fiona concludes that Loid has lost his edge while playing house with his fake family.

Love Triangle
In episode 23, Fiona challenges Yor to a tennis match, but Loid advises against it, as he knows not to underestimate his strong wife. However, Fiona insists, and Yor ends up winning due to her impeccable strength.
Loid was unfazed throughout everything; he didn’t think to himself that the two were actually battling because of him.
When Yor approaches him and exclaims that she won, Loid congratulates her but doesn’t seem to fully understand why she’s so excited. Yor then moves closer and yells, “I beat her!” and Loid echoes her words before Yor walks away with her head down. Loid doesn’t think much of the situation, feeling tired and possibly not fully comprehending Yor’s behavior.

Second Date
In episode 24, we get to see Yor and Loid’s best moments. It started off with Yor still being sad, thinking that Loid would divorce him, that winning the tennis didn’t prove anything. While Loid is spying on Yor behind her back, he gets to understand everything and is scared that Yor’s feelings might disrupt his mission. So he sets up his whole day for Yor to set things right.
He fetches Yor at work to take her with him to his favorite bar. He proceeds to thank Yor for always taking care of Anya.

A Life Together
Yor starts to feel anxious, thinking that Loid brought her there to break the news that he will replace her with Fiona as his wife. However, she also acknowledges that their entire arrangement is based on a lie and that she would be willing to let Loid go if he were to develop feelings for someone else.
As she tries to express these thoughts to Loid, she finds it difficult to do so, questioning whether her reluctance is due to the fact that she has grown to love the life they have together.

First Argument
Because of her thoughts, Yor gobbled up a lot of alcohol to give her confidence and proceeded to say, “Who is that woman anyways?! Are you in love with her, Loid?” it’s as if the two were having a normal argument between couples.
Yor expresses her suspicions to Loid about Fiona being more than just a co-worker, but Loid reassures her that it’s not the case. Yor continues to cry, voicing her insecurities and questioning if Loid really meant it when he told her she was beautiful.

Jealousy
Loid actually got it right the first time that Yor was just scared to end their contract because she was undervaluing her abilities, but now, he suspects that Yor is actually jealous, and with a realization, he snaps with, “What if she’s in love with me?!” but he quickly composes himself and reverts to his Agent Twilight persona, reminding himself that he has dealt with many women in the past for the sake of his missions, a dejavu in episode 8.
Real Husband and Wife
He takes her hand and uses his spy tactics to charm her, making Yor blush and feel loved. However, before Loid could finish his sentence, “I want us to become a real husband and —” only to get cut off Yor’s foot.

Rejection
Being a spy, Loid lands off with a great landing, but his legs start shaking. He realizes that Yor’s kick was a rejection with no hint of romance and falls off with a concussion. It’s the first time we see Loid fail as a womanizer and a spy.
Feelings
Loid is awakened by a sweet lullaby that he initially believed was his mother, but it turns out to be Yor.

He is found sleeping on Yor’s lap, which was an adorable sight, but he quickly stood straight.
Yor apologizes to Loid and makes a self-deprecating remark, “Of course, you’d dump a woman with nothing but brute strength going for her.”
To which LOID OPENS UP for the first time, saying that
I don’t remember what my mother looked like anymore, but I loved being in her arms, even on nights when bombs could start dropping at any moment, I could relax and go to sleep because she was there with me. She was strong”
and even adds,
Do you know what Anya says about you? Even when she’s ever in danger, she’ll be fine because her mother will rescue her. She can play with a smile because you give her a place she feels safe in.
and thinks ‘while we government agents work ourselves bloody trying to create a peaceful world, you bring us peace all on your own.’ and ends by saying to Yor
You too are a strong woman.
They proceed to talk about how their agreement will never change, and Loid also assures Yor that Fiona won’t ever be his wife because she’s not great with children. He says, “that’s why I’d be glad if you kept acting as Anya’s mother.” Upon hearing this, Yor becomes overwhelmed with happiness and sheds tears of joy. She accepts Loid’s proposal and says, “If you’re really fine with someone like me.” they both laugh under the night sky and went home.

This a big revelation to Yor and Loid’s relationship as they acknowledge the importance of their arrangement and grow closer to each other. Although their partnership began as a facade, they have come to depend on each other and have created a family-like bond with Anya.
We eagerly anticipate what the future holds for the two, but deep down, we already know that they are meant to be together. The progression of their relationship is heartwarming, and it is satisfying to see how they have grown from being just two strangers working together to a fake couple with a deep emotional connection. It will be exciting to see how their relationship will continue to develop and evolve in the future.
